What if I need to cancel a cleaning?
48 hours business days notice is required to cancel a cleaning before 12 pm. Anything less than 48 hours notice will result in a $75.00 cancelation fee. Business days are Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. ie: A Tuesday cleaning would need to be canceled on the Friday before.
If canceling the same day or if we arrive at your home and are locked out, a charge in the amount of half of your usual service fee or $100.00 (whichever is greater) plus taxes will be charged to you.
